Our Returns Policy
At Mac & Co Homewares, we want our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. Our hope is that your delivery is just as you expected, and you can start enjoying it straight away!
If you feel it's not quite right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund on full-priced items (excludes sale items). We will process exchanges, credit notes and refunds once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Just email us at sales@macandcohomewares.com.au to initiate your return/exchange and we’ll work with you to process it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges for changes of mind or incorrect size purchases, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. If the item was damaged or faulty on receipt (see details below), we'll cover the shipping costs.
Full refund
For a full refund, you'll need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges & credit notes
For an exchange or credit note, please contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months from issue.
Damaged items & other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
