Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $12.95 for all orders under $150. Spend over $150 and shipping is on us! Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

Selected cushions, lampshades and furniture are excluded from this free shipping. For these items we'll get the best quote we can with our shipping agents for safe delivery to your door. Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote. 

We are located in Mudgee NSW, which is in a rural area, so, whilst we make every effort to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, please be aware that freight times can vary. We'll include tracking and send you tracking details so you can stay up-to-date with your parcel's location!

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Mac & Co Homewares is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
